We guarantee zero leakage for soft seals and leakage controlled to ≤0.1×DN mm³/min for hard seals. The sealing test guarantees 1.1 times the pressure bidirectional pressure holding for 15 minutes, with a leakage rate ≤ ANSI Class V. In the airtightness test, our products can guarantee 1.15 times the working pressure holding for 30 minutes, with an annual leakage rate ≤ 0.5%. Bubble-level detection ensures no visible bubbles, guaranteeing durability and stable performance even under high pressure, high temperature, and highly corrosive conditions, with a service life exceeding the industry average.
