The cast steel ball valve is a heavy-duty solution engineered to perform in the most severe industrial environments. Its valve body, manufactured from premium carbon steel or alloy cast steel (WCB, WC6, WC9), offers exceptional strength, toughness, and resistance to high pressure and high temperature. Designed for petrochemical plants, metallurgy, power generation, and boiler steam systems, this product reliably handles hot steam, thermal oil, crude oil, and aggressive acid and alkali media. It serves as a critical component for ensuring safety and operational stability in harsh fluid control applications.

Precision Engineering for Maximum Durability

Every cast steel ball valve undergoes precision casting and annealing to eliminate internal stresses, enhancing structural integrity under thermal and pressure cycling conditions. The ball is forged from stainless steel, hardened, and finely polished for superior wear and erosion resistance. Combined with high-performance seat materials, the valve achieves bubble-tight sealing performance.

Manufacturing strictly adheres to API 608 and GB/T 12224 standards. Each valve is subjected to non-destructive testing, high-pressure and high-temperature cycling, and seat leakage testing, ensuring consistent quality from raw material selection to finished product.

Easy Maintenance & Broad Compatibility

This cast steel ball valve offers excellent adaptability, withstanding temperatures up to 600 °C and pressures up to 42 MPa. Its zero-leakage design helps prevent media loss and potential safety hazards. The compact, space-saving structure features flanged connections for easy integration into existing pipeline systems.

A top-entry design allows for inline maintenance, enabling seat and seal replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. With standardized wear parts and proven long-term stability, the cast steel ball valve is an optimal choice for demanding shut-off applications.
