This product features a metal ball and metal seat to create a robust seal, offering exceptional resistance to high temperature, abrasion, erosion, and corrosion. Designed specifically for severe applications involving high-temperature flue gas, media containing solid particles, or highly corrosive fluids, it is widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, and boiler dust removal systems. The hard seal ball valve reliably controls high-temperature gases, slurries, crude oil, and acidic or alkaline solutions, making it a critical component in demanding fluid control applications due to its superior sealing integrity under harsh conditions.
Premium Metals and Precision Machining for Unmatched Sealing
The valve body is constructed from high-strength materials such as cast steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel, which are precision-cast and heat-treated for enhanced strength and toughness to withstand thermal shock and media impact. The ball and seat are made from wear-resistant alloys (e.g., Stellite), integrally forged, precision-ground, and hardened to achieve high surface hardness (HRC 58–62) for outstanding abrasion and erosion resistance. The ball and seat are lapped together in matched pairs to ensure precise, reliable sealing even in particulate-laden streams. Manufacturing complies with API 608 and GB/T 12224 standards, and each valve undergoes rigorous testing for high temperature, wear resistance, and sealing performance, guaranteeing long-term, stable operation in the toughest environments.
