Standardized modular design, saving space: The system is based on standard disc filter units and features a modular design, allowing users to select and modify as needed, offering flexibility and high interchangeability. The system is compact and occupies minimal space, allowing for flexible installation in corner spaces. For example, a unit treating approximately 300 m³/h of water occupies only about 6 m² (for general water quality and a filtration level of 100μ).
Fully automatic operation, continuous water output: Backwashing processes alternate between units in the filter assembly, automatically switching between working and backwashing states to ensure continuous water output. Backwashing water consumption is extremely low, only 0.5% of the output water; with air-assisted backwashing, self-consumption can be reduced to below 0.2%. High-speed and thorough backwashing is completed in just tens of seconds.
Long lifespan: The new plastic filter elements are robust, wear-free, corrosion-free, and produce very little scale. Proven in years of industrial use, they show no wear or aging even after 6-10 years of use, and the filtration and backwashing effects do not deteriorate over time.
