This type of valve is a commonly used high-pressure ball valve in existing mines. It withstands high pressure and uses a U-shaped quick-connect design, enabling rapid installation and disassembly in daily mine production, facilitating use.

 

Ash discharge ball valves are mainly used in pipelines for shut-off, distribution, and changing the flow direction of media. Ash discharge ball valves can be classified into three types according to their structure: floating ball type, fixed ball type, and elastic ball type. Ash discharge ball valves are mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other types of valves, ash discharge ball valves have angular stroke output torque, rapid opening, stable and reliable operation, and wide applicability. The working principle of an ash discharge ball valve is to rotate the valve to open or close the valve. Electric ball valves consist of only a few parts, saving material consumption; they are small in size, lightweight, and have small installation dimensions. Electric ball valves have low driving torque, are pressure regulating valves, and are easy and quick to operate, requiring only a 90° rotation to open and close quickly. They also have good flow regulation and sealing characteristics. In applications with large and medium diameters and medium to low pressures, electric ball valves are the dominant valve type. When an electric ball valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body, therefore the pressure drop through the valve is very small, resulting in good flow control characteristics. Electric ball valves have two sealing types: spring seal and metal seal. In resilient-seal valves, the sealing ring can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate. Valves with metal seals generally have a longer lifespan than those with resilient seals, but achieving a complete seal is difficult. Metal seals can withstand higher operating temperatures, while resilient seals are temperature-limited. If an electric ball valve is required for flow control, it is crucial to accurately select the valve size and type. The construction principle of electric ball valves is particularly suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves. Electric ball valves are widely used not only in general industries such as petroleum, gas, chemical, and water treatment, but also in cooling water systems of thermal power plants. Commonly used electric ball valves include wafer-type and flanged-type electric ball valves. Wafer-type electric ball valves are connected between two pipe flanges using double-ended bolts, while flanged-type electric ball valves have flanges on the valve itself, which are bolted to the pipe flanges. The strength performance of a valve refers to its ability to withstand the pressure of the medium. Valves are mechanical products subjected to internal pressure, therefore they must possess sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure long-term use without cracking or deformation. A pneumatic ball valve consists of a ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. Pneumatic actuators are available in double-acting and single-acting types. Controlled by a solenoid valve, they achieve the opening and closing of the ball valve. Pneumatic ball valves enable intelligent control, quickly opening or closing pipelines, and effectively controlling and managing pipeline networks.
